A Playroom for the Grandchildren
An older couple whose children had moved out and started their own families wished to turn a bedroom into a playroom for their grandchildren. It required a complete refurbishment of the room, including new window treatments, carpet, furniture and lighting.
The Beach House Studio
This studio was to provide the guests visiting a client’s waterfront home with additional living and overflow space. Located above a garage, the open-plan room incorporated a separate bathroom and kitchenette. The clients wanted both seating and sleeping areas, as well as a table where guests could eat breakfast and read the papers.
A Cosy Sitting Room
This project began with a client’s desire to change the fireplace in a snug. The brief quickly expanded with the snug becoming a new room where the family could relax with Sunday papers, watch TV, and play video games – a contemporary, elegant space to relax on a winter’s evening in front of the fire.
